BT2 Mini Tournament Clan Registration Rules

    1. Clan Registration:
      • This form is designated for registering your Clan to participate in the BT2 Mini Tournament.
      • Each Clan may register a total of 6 players, consisting of:
        1. 1 Clan Leader
        2. 4 main players
        3. 1 substitute player
      • The Clan Leader is responsible for managing the Clan's participation and direct contact with the tourney officials.
    2. Player Information:
      • Ensure that the full and accurate Nicknames of all participating players are submitted during registration.
      • Only players listed in the Clan's official registration will be eligible to compete in the tournament. Any discrepancies or missing names will lead to disqualification.
      • Wizard Games will verify all player names upon registration. If a player’s name cannot be found in the system, the Clan’s registration will be disqualified.
    3. Modifications to Player Roster:
      • If a Clan wishes to modify the list of registered players, the Clan Leader must contact us via Discord.
      • Any changes must be submitted at least 1 day prior to the start of the tournament for them to be considered.
    4. Pre-Match Evaluation:
      • After the registration period closes, Wizard Games will conduct a pre-match competition to evaluate the quality and preparedness of each team.
